Your long-form content
deserves a real writer
Long-form writing can get messy quickly if you don’t have a good grasp on narrative structure. My background in creative writing and journalism have trained me to keep focus, across long-form assets like white papers, lead magnets, reports, and more.
How I approach white papers & reports:
Clarity
Long-form content needs to explain something clearly. My skill lies in breaking down complex topics so they’re easy to understand and act on.
Structure
Pre-planning is essential for long-form pieces. I have tons of experience in essay writing, journalism, and editing that helps me map, plan, and execute on even the most complex briefs.
Depth
Content like white papers, reports, and lead magnets require depth, but shouldn’t be too heavy. I focus on enough detail to be useful, but not so much that it slows everything down.
Audience Fit
These pieces are usually written for a specific reader. I’m skilled at adjusting my voice, tone, and writing style for new audiences, and never shy away from trying something new.
Usefulness
A white paper or lead magnet should give someone something they can use, especially when you’re asking for something in return. Keeping usefulness front-of-mind is what helps my work stand out.
Readability
No matter the length of the pice, I bring an editorial approach to the writing, so it’s paced well and easy to move through from start to finish.
Working on a white paper or report?
I’ve spent the past decade writing long-form content for the web. I know how to take a complex topic and turn it into something clear, structured, and easy to get through.
